About the Venue
Near to MediaCityUK, The Lowry Theatre, Salford Quays and around 3 miles out from the centre of Manchester.
The Pathways Studio has the benefit of free parking and is just a short distance from the M602 Motorway. It also has excellent public transport links being on major bus and Metrolink routes. It is also 1.3 miles away from Salford Crescent rail station.
The venue is designed to be inclusive and accessible. We welcome people of all gender expressions, sexual orientations, abilities, body types, creeds, ethnic and racial backgrounds and class/socio-economic backgrounds.
Room 1: Large Studio – Ground Floor.
Approx. 69 square meters (750 square feet).
Suitable for dance, yoga, martial arts, self development workshops and larger events.
The room can accommodate 120 people theatre style, is a comfortable workshop space for 36 people and can take 16 massage couches.
Room 2: Small Studio – Ground Floor
Approx. 23 square meters (245 square feet).
Suitable for therapies and small meetings/events. Can also be used as a cafe or breakout area in supplement to the Large Studio.
The room can accommodate 25 people theatre style, is a comfortable workshop space for 12 people and can take 2 massage couches.
Kitchen – Ground Floor
There is a small Kitchen with access to :
- hot/cold water
The studio is fully configured for a range of mobility and additional needs.
There is an accessible toilet with grab rails and panic button and also an accessible wet room with shower and grab rails.
All doorways in the studio allow a wheelchair to pass through.
The reception desk in the foyer folds down to support wheelchair access.
Additionally, our friendly staff are committed to supporting all levels of needs and can be on hand to provide extra support, if requested.
Additional facilities include :
- Two gender neutral toilets in addition to the accessible toilet
- A massage table is included in the hire fee for the small studio. Additional massage tables (including a laundered cover) can be provided with at least 48 hours’ notice at a fee of £5 per table.
